Shipping & Return Policy:

What are Shipping Method and Charges?

All orders placed before 1pm PST, Monday thru Friday will be PROCESSED the same business day. Any orders placed after 1 pm PST and on a weekend will be processed the following business day.

Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately. 'Out of Stock Item' is any item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped as soon as it is available. You are not charged additional shipping for back ordered items. If there will be a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will notify you via email.

We ship the parcel with regular mail to keep the shipping cost low for you (We do NOT ship by UPS).

  • Delivery to Canada takes 3 to 4 business days
  • Delivery to US takes 4 to 8 business days
  • Delivery to some addresses (Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) takes 1 to 2 weeks
  • For International shipment, please contact us first
After the parcel is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation number.

NOTE: We do not provide overnight shipping or next day delivery.

No Handling/Restocking Fees

What are handling charges/fees? Once the order is captured on-line, the payment method must be verified. The order is then sent to our warehouse, where the product is pulled, packaged and labeled. These actions refer to the ‘Handling’ part of the charge. Think about all the activities involved in preparing a product for shipping. We have to:

  • Purchase packaging materials
  • Wrap and seal the package
  • Complete and apply the appropriate labels and/or waybills
  • Apply postage
  • Take the shipments to your local post office or courier depot
Most companies charge their customers an additional fee to cover the handling cost. At Chi Activate, we don't charge you handling fee. We're confident that you'll join the thousands of happy customers who have never found a need to use our guarantee.

What is Chi Activate’s 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?

We stand behind our products. At Chi Activate, all purchases are covered by our 30-day Unconditional Guarantee. If, within 30 days, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product to us, and we will gladly replace, exchange or refund (less shipping) the full product price to you. Our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you at any time if you have questions or need to return a product

How do I return an item?

  1. Please contact us before returning your product. All returns and exchanges must be arranged with a Customer Service Representative within 30 days after delivery and assigned an RA# (return authorization number).
    Returning packages without an RA# will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  2. All products must be returned in the original carton in which it was received by the customer including packaging, documentation, and manual.
  3. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
  4. Write ‘Return Product For Refund’ clearly on the parcel and in the custom declaration, otherwise handling fees of 20% will be charged.
  5. Merchandise returned in damaged condition (excluding factory defects) will be returned to the buyer.
  6. Please indicate your order number and date of purchase, reason for return, and action required (i.e. return/replacement).
  7. Ship via insured parcel post, or another traceable method. This is in your best interest as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
    (DO NOT use courier service, UPS, Fedex, etc)

Payments:       

Payment methods are taken care of before the session begins. We accept cash, personal checks, paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

 

Referrals:

For every three people you refer to me, when they book and recieve a massage; you will receive a $20 discount on your next massage!

 

Right to Refuse:

Though we hope this never does happen, if something does go wrong—we have the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Information we gather:

Tammy-N-Touch simply knows your name and phone number, also if Tammy-N-Touch is traveling to you, your address will be asked for. We only ask that you supply us with information that is necessary to the service you requested. Any extra personal information a client shares is strictly confidential.

 

Cancellation:

We give our clients a chance to cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you will be charged half of the initial price of the massage you were going to receive.

 

Lateness:

Please plan and leave early so there is time to get to your appointment on time. If you do happen to be running late, it is okay, please do not rush—just call me and tell me you are going to be late. Once you arrive we will try to fit as much of your session into the remaining time as possible. Regular session fees apply.

 

Age:

Our clients can be any age! However, if you are under the age of 18, you have to have a parent/guardian present and a consent form signed by the parent/guardian who is with you. The information provided will be filed and stored away to keep your information private.

 

Contacting you:

The only time we will try and contact you is if the client were to ask us to do so, or if we needed to confirm an appointment.

 

Reminder:

During the massage, please turn off any electronic devices that may go off while we are in session. Any unnecessary noise can disturb the atmosphere and the relaxation. In addition, if we are at your house and you have any pets, please put them in another room so there is no disturbance.
